Summary

2001-06-18: N63830, a Piper Aztec, was on approach at Whitehorse when the pilot informed Tower that he did not have a gear down and locked indication. The pilot carried out a fly-by of the Tower before attempting another approach. ERS was called out and was on standby as the a/c landed safely on Runway 31R. The pilot later advised ATC that a propeller had struck the ground during taxi to the parking area.
