Incident at WINNIPEG / JAMES ARMSTRONG RICHARDSON INTL MB (CYWG) (TCAS alert)

Summary

2001-06-15: PAG 202, a Metro II, was southbound in the Winnipeg Terminal Area at 6,000 feet. C-GDMI, a Lear 45, was westbound in the Terminal Area level at 5,000 feet. Both aircraft were being vectored for an approach to Runway 36. The crew of C-GDMI reported a TCAS activation when PAG 202 was 2 o'clock, approximately 4 miles. No evasive action was taken. Radar Data Analysis revealed that PAG 202 was displaying an altitude of 5,800 feet at the time.
