Incident at FLIN FLON MB (CYFO)

Summary

2001-06-04: The pilot of N27EH, a Cessna 335, landed at Flin Flon, MB after a flight from Winnipeg at 1945Z without any prior contact with Winnipeg FSS. No broadcast was heard on the mandatory frequency. Staff 51 and three additional vehicles were working on the runway at the time N27EH landed. After landing, the pilot advised the FSS specialist that he could see the vehicles working at the side of the runway. There was no collision.
