Incident at SASKATOON / JOHN G. DIEFENBAKER INTL SK (CYXE)

Summary

2001-05-31: SGS 070, a Piper Cheyenne, was 10 miles southeast of Saskatoon Airport on a vector for Runway 27 when the crew squawked code 7600 (radio failure). Two following aircraft, TW 502, a Jetstream 31 from Regina and CMM 508, an A320 from Toronto were widened out slightly to permit SGS 070 to land safely. Only minor delays to the two aircraft. SGS 070 landed without further incident at 1855Z.
