Summary

2001-05-22: PAG 949, a Metro II, landed on Runway 18 at Winnipeg and on rollout, the crew reported a flat tire. They taxied to the apron unassisted, however, a major delay resulted while waiting for a FOD check of Runway 18, as Runway 13/31 is closed for construction and Runway 25 is only used for non-jet aircraft. Four departing aircraft and two arrivals were delayed. No FOD was found and normal operations resumed.
