2001-05-07: CFC 2613, a CC-130 Hercules, was on a nine mile final for Runway 18 at Winnipeg when the crew declared an emergency and advised they were shutting down number three engine. The aircraft continued the approach and landed safely at 2325Z. ERS responded and one IFR departure, WJA 40, destined to Hamilton, was delayed two minutes.
