Incident at TUKTOYAKTUK / JAMES GRUBEN NT (CYUB)

Summary

2001-05-01: C-GTZQ, a Hughes 369, was on a VFR flight plan from Inuvik (YEV) and returning to YEV when the pilot advised Inuvik FSS through another a/c (AKK 420) that he would be diverting to Tuktoyaktuk (YUB).
