Summary

2001-04-19: The Edmonton ACC Shift Manager received an unconfirmed report from a farmer in the Red Deer area, that he observed a piece of metal tumble to the ground from ""a commercial-size, 2 engine aircraft - like a B737"" . He advised that the object landed northeast of his farm, although he did not go look for it. WJA 81, a B737, was in the general vicinity at approximately that time. The company dispatcher was advised of the report and TSB was also advised.
