Incident at WINNIPEG / JAMES ARMSTRONG RICHARDSON INTL MB (CYWG)

Summary

2001-04-17: A runway incursion ocurred at Winnipeg when N414TH, a Cessna 414, taxied across Runway 13 at the intersection with Runway 18 while BLS 356 was in position on Runway 13. The pilot of N414TH had been issued and read back the required hold short instruction. BLS 356 was not cleared for take off when the incursion ocurred. The preliminary NAV CANADA investigation is complete and no ATS involvement is indicated.
