Incident at YORKTON MUNI SK (CYQV)

Summary

2001-03-22: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that a preliminary investigation of the RH engine identified the engine oil inlet fitting to the turbocharger was weeping. Full report from company maintenance to follow shortly, along with SDR.
2001-03-14: SGK 335, a Cessna 414, was enroute to Winnipeg when the pilot reported puffs of smoke coming out of the right engine. He elected to shut down the right engine and diverted to Yorkton as a precaution. The aircraft landed safely at 1733Z. Maintenance in Yorkton is examining the engine to determine the cause of the smoke.
