Summary

2001-03-08: C-FMPE, a Pilatus PC-12, was on a flight from Rankin Inlet direct Cape Dorset (YTE) at FL 290. The pilot of C-FMPE did not receive a clearance out of controlled airspace and landed at YTE.
2001-03-09: UPDATE It was later reported by the pilot that he made several attempts to contact ATC (and other a/c) for descent clearance using VHF, but was unsuccessful.
