Summary

2001-02-26: UPDATE ANS and Airspace reported that NAV CANADA will convene a Fact Finding Board.
2001-02-23: Aeroflot AFL 323, a B767, was enroute from Moscow to Seattle via NCA Delta and Airtours International AIH 033, another B767, was enroute from Manchester to Calgary via NCA Charlie. When both a/c were in the vicinity of Stony Rapids, SK, the required 30 NM lateral separation was not achieved prior to radar coverage.
