Summary

2001-02-23: UPDATE Maintenance and Manufacturing reported that the company found that one of the pressurization lines for the magnetos was chafed through, causing the engine to run rough at altitude. The line was replaced and checked serviceable.
2001-02-16: SGK 335, a Cessna 414, departed Winnipeg on an IFR flight to Moosonee and when the a/c was 50 NM northeast of YWG, the pilot advised he was returning because of a rough running engine. No assistance was required and the a/c landed safely at 1252Z. TSB will be contacting the company.
