Summary

2001-02-01: UPDATE ANS and Airspace reported that NAV CANADA will convene a Fact Finding Board.
2001-01-29: C-FCCM, a Piper Twin Comanche, was on approach to Runway 34 at Calgary with missed approach instructions, when ACA 168, an A320, was released by the tower for takeoff.
