Summary

2001-01-05: While being vectored for spacing behind C-FWYN, a Beech King Air, C-GNAR, another King Air, got to within 4.3 NM of the previous aircraft as it was descending through C-FWYN´s altitude. In this area (approximately 50 NM east of Peace River) the requirement is for 5 NM spacing.
2001-01-08: UPDATE ANS and Airspace reported that a Fact Finding Board will be convened as soon as possible
