Summary

2002-02-13: Update Feb 12, 2002. General Aviation. In further discussion with Company, the pilot did experience a communication failure and handled the situation and in accordance with the aircraft checklist, company procedures and commuciation failure procedures. The aircraft was snagged and the radio was replaced. No follow-up action required by MART.
2001-12-31: Aircraft departed on a VFR flight plan to Miramichi and 25 north of Moncton squawked radio failure, returned to Moncton, landed at 1445Z Nil TSB
