Summary

2001-11-23: ARN8786 DH8 Pilot rejected Takeoff RWY 11 at Moncton and returned to the apron, no explanation. Aircraft subsequently departed at 2204Z. Nil TSB
2001-12-05: Update Dec 3, 2001. Maintenance and Manufacturing. The take-off was rejected under 30 Knots due to a takeoff warn horn. flaps were recycled and everything checked normal the next take-off was uneventful. The defect did reoccur later and then the flap position indicator was changed, the wiring was inspected with connectors cleaned. Flaps were cycled multiple times checked serviceable.
