Incident at GANDER INTL NL (CYQX)

Summary

2001-11-26: Update Nov 26, 2001. General Aviation. CADORS Narrative Update: The PIC was a licensed pilot on a recreational flight. The CFI discussed the situation with the PIC and reviewed the applicable regulations. No further follow up action was required by MART.
2001-10-18: Several people observed the aircraft flying over the municipality of Harbor Breton. The aircraft made two low flying passes. The first one in a east to west direction at about 150 feet to 200 feet AGL maximum as observed by the RCMP officer who made the report to TC Civil Aviation Duty Officer. The second passes was very shortly after around 16:35 PM at about 250 feet to 300 feet AGL. The RCMP officer was able to observe and note the aircraft registration. Nil TSB
