Incident at CHARLOTTETOWN AIRPORT

Summary

2001-09-10: CFIZJ C172 was on a VFR flight plan Bear River,NS to Charlottetown. Pilot entered the zone and landed on RWY21 without any communaction. Pilot overflew the field from the west as ACA648 DC93 was on a 11/2 mile final for RWY21. The DC93 pilot was advised of the traffic and was picking him up on TCAS. Additional traffic was a BE58 which inbound IFR from the west and landed 7 minutes later. The pilot of the C172 advised that he had the wrong frequency selected on his radio. Nil TSB
