Summary

2001-08-21: TSB Update August 14, 2001. A01A0100: The Canadian Helicopters B206B, C-GLRA, had just lifted off from a lumber camp near Clearwater, NB for a spraying mission when, after about 100 meters into the take off, the aircraft started to turn to the right. The pilot was unable to maintain control and the aircraft crashed on an adjacent road. The aircraft was substantially damaged; the pilot received minor injuries.
2001-08-14: C-GLRA B206 on departure from camp near Clerawater, NB, lost control and struck the ground. Pilot reported the helicopter departed at an altitude of approx. 10 feet and rotated to the right. TSB Investigating
