Incident at GREATER MONCTON ROMEO LEBLANC INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Summary

2001-11-23: Update General Aviaiton Nov 22, 2001. The PIC was a student pilot on a solo training flight. The student misunderstood the hold short instruction and read it back to the controller incorrectly. The situation was handled correctly by the FTU and the student received additional training. No further follow up action was required by MART.
2001-08-01: CGTRA C172 was taxiing for Runway 06 and had been instructed to hold short of Runway 11 on taxi C. The pilot did not hold short and continued across Runway 11 towards taxi D. No other aircraft involved. Other OPI General Aviation. Nil TSB
