Incident at CHARLOTTETOWN AIRPORT

Summary

2001-07-30: CFMQO C172 was observed taxiing from the apron across the hold short line onto taxiway 'A' without contacting the FSS for the airport advisory. FSS advised pilot of correct procedures, pilot returned, received the airport advisory and departed runway 03. Nil TSB
2001-11-28: Update Nov 27, 2001. General Aviation. CADORS Narrative Update: The PIC was a licensed pilot on a recreational flight. The CFI spoke to the PIC and discussed the hold short procedures at Charlottetown. No further follow up action was required by MART.
