2001-05-22: Update ANS & Airspace May 22, 2001. Nav Canada will be conducting an OSI.
2001-05-18: VM692 (Marine) GLF3 enroute the Netherlands to Navy Brunswick FL430 was handed off to the Moncton ACC at 1831. Pilot checked in. Aircraft transponder was lost and this went unnoticed. The aircraft transitted Moncton airspace without further radio or radar contact. The pilot contacted BOS centre when inside BOS airspace. The transponder was reselected. No other aircraft at FL430. Nil TSB
