Incident at CYAW
2001-05-07: Follow-up information from Maintenance and Manufacturing: Maintenance discovered a loose component in the intercom system that prevented comm transmission. This unit is located above the RH rudder pedals and the person sitting in that seat may have accidentally kicked it.
2001-09-12: Update General Aviation Sept 10, 2001. The PIC was a licensed pilot and no further follow up action was required by MART.
2001-05-04: C-FBUK C172 enroute Sydney to Shearwater lost communication near Port Hawkesbury. C-FBUK arrived in Shearwater at 0354Z. Telephoned, ""receive only"". NIL TSB
