2001-04-30: Goose Bay Serco report 2001-04-27, reported aircraft entered runway 34 in Goose Bay without permission and appeared to be commencing take-off roll. Tower controller advised aircraft to abort due to conflicting traffic . Pilot complied and was given take -off clearance as soon as it was safe to do so. TSB Case Closed
