2001-04-27: Follow up information from ANS & Airspace [2001/04/26]: Incident under investigation by Nav Canada. No further details at this time.
2001-04-23: CME PA31 enroute IFR Sydney to Moncton cleared ASI29. At 9 miles tower still hadn't accepted H/O, tried hotline - no success, then told aircraft to try contacting tower. At 6 miles final aircraft came back to ACC frequency saying no contact on tower frequency and no lights other than vasis. ACC tried hotline , landline and overhead phone , no contact. 10-12 minutes later tower contacted ACC with no explanation. TOC called tower to see if there was a telecom problem and was replied no and hung up without explanation. CME 113 landed at 0542Z approximately 11 minutes delay. NIL TSB
