Summary

2001-04-23: FACH1 B737 enroute Portugal to Québec was cleared 43N/40W 44N/45W 44N/50W RAFIN. The aircraft had flight planned 440N/50W and was observed on radar exactly at that point making him 40 nm. north of course. The pilot reported that he had gone by 44N/50W but subsequently advised that he had gone by 4440N/50W . Gross Navigation error reported filed. NIL TSB
