2001-04-02: SCPN21 C310 executed a missed approach at Saint John RNWY 05 at 1341Z. ILS reported as being U/S at 1345Z. Aircraft subsequently encountered icing was unable to maintain altitude and Declared an Emergency. Aircraft given vectors and landed RNWY 14 at 1408. RCC advised. Nil TSB
