Incident at SAINT JOHN NB (CYSJ)

Summary

2001-03-26: CFALI C550 landing Saint John reported a Bird Strike. No report of damage to aircraft. Nil TSB
2001-04-02: Update Aerodrome Safety Mar 30, 2001. All maintenance and firehall staff have been making routine patrols and responding to reports of bird activity by the Flight Service Station. Staff have been using bird scare guns with pyrotechnics to scare off the birds,but these birds are very difficult to scare and tend to disappear only to reappear somewhere else on the airfield within a few minutes. Increase food supply was a factor.
