Incident at SAINT JOHN NB (CYSJ)


2001-02-14: CFIMA C550 began taxi from FBO onto Taxiway ¿B¿ when the aircraft encountered a snow bank and became stuck. FBO and field personnel aided in pulling the aircraft from the snowbank and the aircraft then returned to the hangar before departing. Weather may have been a factor in the incident. Visibility was 3/8 of a mile in snow. NIL TSB
2001-02-16: Additional information from Aerodrome Safety February 14, 2001. Aircraft was taxiing from FBO ramp, to turn left on taxi ¿B¿ for rwy 32. Aircraft crossed Taxi ¿B¿ beyond the opposite set of lights ( all lights were clear of snow ) and became stuck in snowbank (less than 2´ in height) located approx 10´ beyond the lights.
