Summary

2001-01-26: Air Canada employee working on BA 146 was injured when he moved quickly to pick up a plastic bag that had slipped away from him. The person hit his head on the pitot tube under the aircraft. An ambulance was called by Air Canada and the Authority ERS was not advised until the ambulance was on site. Air Canada manager will provide further information when its available. Update Jan 25, 2001 Commercial and Business Aviation. Case has been forwarded to Human Resource Development Canada. Nil TSB
