Summary

2000-06-07: IBE6124 A340 enroute Miami to Bajaras at 38,000 feet was cleared 43/50 45/40 46/30 46/20 HIDRA. At 07:10 crew reported 43/50 and at 08:03 reported and confirmed 4430N 40W. Crew commented that they were requested, by New York to fly 4430N instead of 45N and ATC noted of a possible confusion in frequency change from New York AIRNIC to Gander IFSS at 4430N. Nil TSB MAN Update: Nav Canada is investigating with the FAA to determine source.
