Summary

2000-06-16: KFA289 B727 was IFR and inbound to Rnwy 24. Aircraft #2 was VFR and conducting a simulated approach to Rnwy 24. Aircraft # 3 was also VFR and inbound to Rnwy 24. KFA289 came very near to Aircraft #2 and subsequently to Aircraft #3. Both VFR aircraft were given a 360 ddegree turn. KFA289 landed at 2255Z. Investigation ongoing. TSB Evaluating.
