Summary

2000-05-30: CDR1609 FA28 called FSS on 118.5 at 1532z to report that they were beginning an "orderly deplaning" of passengers, due to a small fuel spill off their right wing. ERS proceeded to the aircraft and began cleanup. The passengers reboarded and the flight departed for Toronto at 1628z. An Air Nova DH8, ARN778, landed on rwy 05 at 1535z, and the pilot elected to hold short of the terminal apron on taxiway Bravo for about 5-10 minutes, then parked at the eastern end of the apron, away from the F28, which was parked near the center of the apron.
