Incident at GREATER MONCTON ROMEO LEBLANC INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Summary

2000-04-26: CGDGE C172 landing Moncton was instructed to join left downwind for runway 06. Approximately 2.5 miles north the pilot confirmed the clearance for the left downwind. The aircraft was then observed to proceed through the departure path of runway 06 to join a right hand downwind creating a hazardous situation with another aircraft in the circuit for runway 06. Ref.
