Incident at 80 MN East St. Anthony (CYAY)

Summary

2000-04-27: DAL119 MD11 reported Loss of # 2 Engine. Flight declared an Emergency and descended to FL310. Nil Traffic. At 1438z DAL119 reported Engine Restart and cancelled the Emergency. Problem was an Electronic Fuel Module which caused # 2 engine to Shutdown. TSB CASE Closed TSB file # 00A0067 Update: The crew had shutdown the engine due to Compressor Stalls and high EGT indications. After the relight, the engine functioned normally. The aircraft continued to destination and the operator is changing the # 2 engine.
