Incident at SAINT JOHN NB (CYSJ)

Summary

2000-04-25: ARN867 DH8 on final approach for R/W 32 in Saint John the crew notice a flock of snow buntings flying around the 500 feet area. The crew attempted to stay high to avoid the birds, however, the flock's altitude increased and one bird was struck. The flight landed without further incident. ACTIONS :No damage was found and the flight continued in service. Note Occurrence date Mar 24/2000. Nil TSB
