2000-04-25: Inadvertent activation of ELT by Moncton Flight Centre personnel. Contravenes CAR 605.40. The duration of the ELT false alarm was forty seven minutes and could have precluded reception of an actual ELT signal. It was the second false ELT signal originating at Moncton Flight Centre in less than 3 hours. Nil TSB
