Incident at Fredericton NB

Summary

2000-03-29: ARN721 enroute from Montreal to Fredericton encountered a loss of pressurization in the vicinity of Houlton Maine. Pilot reported problem with pressure seal on a passenger door and was cleared by Boston ACC to descend from FL230 to 11,000 feet. Company advised, no emergency declared.
