Summary

2000-02-23: CFOJH type AVID FLYER ultralight was doing some touch and goes on a frozen lake near Woodstock NB when one of the aircraft skies apparently caught some rough ice and flipped the aircraft. Pilot was not injured. TSB case Closed with more to follow. Update: The pilot rerported that he had observed other aircraft landing on the river the day before and because of this he felt that the surface was suitable. TSB File # A00A0027
