Incident at Saint John

Summary

2000-02-01: ACA653 C-FMXY enroute Saint John to Toronto, rejected take-off twice in Saint John due to a control problem. TSB evaluating more to follow Update: The crew carried out the quick reference handbook procedure which cleared the warnings. On the second take off attempt the warnings reappeared. Maintenance discovered the fault was in the # 2 data concentrator unit. The unit was isolated and the aircraft released under the Minimum Equipment List. TSB file # A00A0009
