Incident at 30 NM E of Brandon, MB

Summary

1999-10-18: EX 62, a Canadair Challenger, was enroute from Montreal to Regina at FL 350 and was 30 miles east of Brandon when the crew advised ATC that they had received two TCAS alerts, both indicating traffic at FL 350. The Controller advised the crew that the only traffic was another a/c at FL 370 at 30 miles and another a/c directly below at FL 210. OPI - System Safety
