Summary

1999-10-15: The aircraft landed at Winnipeg after and uneventful flight from Island Lake. Touchdown occurred on Runway 18 and shortly thereafter the crew realized they had a flat tire. The aircraft was disabled on the Runway. Maintenance responded and removed the aircraft. The Runway was closed for approximately 40 minutes. There were no injuries or damage to the aircraft.
