Summary

1999-10-13: NWA 69, a B747, was approximately 100 nm northeast of Stoney Rapids enroute to Japan fron Detroit and requested to divert to Edmonton (YEG).The flight had a passenger with a history of heart problems and the passenger was now encountering chest pains. Fuel dumping was started 150 nm northeast of Fort McMurray and completed 75 nm northwest of Cold Lake The aircraft landed safely on Runway 12 at YEG at 2105Z. OPI - System Safety
