Summary

1999-10-12: The pilot of C-IBPE, a Birdman ultralight a/c,was on a local pleasure flight when the engine lost power and the a/c was unable to maintain altitude. The aircraft landed in a farm field 1 1/2 miles southwest of the city of Brandon. It was reported that the engine will be removed and sent to an AMO for teardown. OPI - Maintenance and Manufacturing
