Incident at Calgary, AB (ATS operating irregularity)

Summary

1999-10-12: ABK 920, a BAe 31, enroute from Medicine Hat to Calgary IFR via V305 was cleared a VUCAN FOUR ARRIVAL maintain 12,000. CDR 1423, a DHC-8, was inbound to Calgary from Saskatoon IFR via J512 cleared an ALOMO ONE ARRIVAL maintain 12,000. Arrival ONE and Arrival TWO sectors both open. An operating irregularity occurred when the Arrival ONE controller cleared CDR 1423 to an altitude not anticipated by the Arrival Two controller. OPI - ANS and Airspace UPDATE ANS reported that NavCanada will conduct a Fact-Finding Board.
