Incident at Calgary, AB (TCAS alert)

Summary

1999-09-27: CDR 1350, a DHC-8, was inbound to Calgary from Edmonton and the crew was assigned a heading of 160 degrees with clearance to descend to 6,000 feet. CDR 1420, another DHC-8, departed Calgary for Saskatoon, cleared to FL 250 and heading 040 degrees. The crew of CDR 1350 was issued vectors to go behind CDR 1420. The crew of CDR 1420 reported receiving a TCAS advisory and advised they were turning right. CDR 1350 was 3.5 miles north, proceeding southwest.
