Incident at 35 NM E of Brandon, MB


1999-11-16: CDN 911, an A320, was enroute from Montreal to Vancouver at FL 350 and 35 miles east of Brandon when the crew reported a close encounter with a weather balloon. OPI - ANS and Airspace UPDATE ANS reported that this occurrence was passed to ANS and Airspace in Ottawa for further investigation. ANS - PNR has been working on it as well.
