Incident at CALGARY INTL AB (CYYC)

Summary

1999-09-21: ACA 283, a DC-9, was taxiing southbound on Taxiway ""Charlie"" approaching Runway 25 at Calgary International Airport as C-GSMR, a Diamond DA-20, was landing Runway 25. The crew of ACA 283 had been instructed to hold short of Runway 25 but as the aircraft was approaching Runway 25, the Ground Controller noticed the aircraft did not appear to be slowing and asked the pilot to ""confirm holding short"". ACA 283 did not reply, so the Controller instructed the crew to ""stop"". The pilot acknowledged he was holding short. The aircraft was well inside 200 feet of Runway 25. Additionally, the pilot of C-GSMR was instructed to hold short on Runway 25 and was able to accommodate. OPI - Enforcement
