1999-09-10: The pilot of C-GZRG, a Cessna 172RG, was doing circuits on Runway 31 at Regina and when the a/c exited the runway at Taxiway Kilo, the pilot reported difficulty with nosewheel steering. He managed to taxi to the ramp and after inspection, it appeared that the nosewheel had gone flat. OPI - System Safety
